Acreage for Sale on Little Reed Island Creek
Discover this +/-177.5 acre wooded property with extensive frontage along Little Reed Island Creek. Featuring approximately 1.7 miles of creek frontage. 1,800+ feet of the creek flows through the property, land is on both sides. This land offers a rare and scenic natural setting.
The woods provide opportunities for recreation, hunting, wildlife enjoyment, and could be a great place to build your home. Ideal as a private hunting retreat, recreational getaway, or long-term investment, the property offers outstanding seclusion. Down near the creek, there is a gazebo great for relaxing! Electricity is available to the property.
Little Reed Island Creek adds to the property’s appeal with quality fishing for rainbow and brown trout. Locally treated as a trout stream, it supports both stocked and wild trout. Seasonal kayaking and canoeing are also possible, depending on water levels.
There is a road / trail that goes through property to adjacent properties, but title search indicates there are no legal right of ways granted through this property to those properties. It will be up to new owner to allow or prohibit travel along that road.
Property being sold was once owned by PC Phosphate Company before being sold in 1997. There has not been any mining activities since, and owner is not aware of the extent or activity of any mining on the property prior to 1997. Mineral rights have not been severed and convey with the property.

seller’s acceptance. A Referral Fee of 2% of the high bid is offered to a
